Pad-mounted Transformer
Three Phase Pad-mounted Transformers, are designed for outdoor installation on a concrete base. Developed for applications where physical space is limited such as shopping centers, schools, squares, tourist areas, hospitals, wind farms, solar and energy storage, small and medium-sized industries under the concept of compact energy substations in accordance with ABNT NBR, IEC and ANSI / IEEE standards and other specific standards of all utilities and/or customers. Some advantages: Safety, economy, compact design, environmental protection and reliability.
Powers ranges from 75 kVA to 10,000 kVA

LV: Class 1.2 kV, 7.2 kV and 15 kV

Installation: Cabins or substations / Indoor/outdoor environments, regular or aggressive.
Main characteristics

HV and LV coils made from 99.99% pure electrolytic copper or aluminum.

Core made from grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, thus ensuring lower losses attributed to parasitic currents.

Enclosure made from carbon steel, featuring surface treatment via abrasive blasting, anti-corrosion protection by primer application and final painting by flooding system.

Active part is dried in an oven, ensuring moisture elimination inside the equipment.

Final assembly, closing and filling occur in a controlled environment.

Comprehensive final testing is conducted, accompained by the issueance of corresponding reports.

Insulated in mineral oil or special fluids (silicone oil, biodegradable vegetable oil.).
