Our History

The history of the Comtrafo Group began in 1987 with the founding of the first Eletrotrafo Materiais Elétricos e Iluminação store in the city of Cornélio Procópio, in the interior of Paraná. In 1994, a strong lack of services in the manufacture of transformers was identified, and this great market opportunity led Comtrafo to start its activities.

 

Since then, the Group has continued to grow, with Comtrafo being one of the largest transformer manufacturers in Brazil, giving the group worldwide visibility, and the Eletrotrafo stores becoming synonymous with excellence in service and product quality.
